Common questions

How does my plan adapt?

When a new week starts, the app looks at how your last week went: how many sessions you completed and how hard the key sessions felt. Pain logs and benchmark results change your plan straight away. You'll see what changed, in plain English, in your weekly check-in.

Where does my finish time come from?

It's an estimate built from your 5K time, your confidence at each station, your division and, once you log them, your benchmark results. It's always shown as a range and labeled “estimate”, because it's not a guarantee.

I changed my race date. What happens to my plan?

Your plan is rebuilt from this week, and everything you've logged is kept. You can change any answer in Settings › Profile & race.

How do I restore my subscription on a new iPhone?

Settings › Subscription › Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose Pacefield, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current period. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.

Is my data backed up?

Your plan and logs are stored only on your iPhone, so deleting the app deletes them.

Is the app safe if I have an injury?

The app is a training tool, not medical advice. If you have pain, an injury or a medical condition, talk to a doctor or physiotherapist before training. In onboarding you can ask for a more conservative plan, and logging pain makes the next week lighter.
